Shipping and Refunds

Shipping

Standard shipping w/o tracking is applied to all orders.

Orders up till Friday are shipped the following Mon/Tues. 

Shipping to Canada, the US, and internationally is available via Canada Post and should take approximately 4-20 business days to arrive depending on where the item is shipped.*

*Your package may take additional time to arrive due to shipment processing by the postal office and recent postal strikes. 

Refunds

If your order has not arrived in 20 business days since shipment, please contact me at [email protected].

If your order arrives in a damaged state (e.g. cracked acrylic) please send a picture of the item and a full refund will be issued for the product (+shipping if only one product was ordered). 

If the package is lost due to customer error (e.g., providing the wrong address), a refund will not be processed.
